For this wine, we wanted to make a new California/Minnesota blend featuring La Crescent, a favorite Minnesota white of ours. We took a similar base blend to our Boundary Waters White, played with the balance of the varieties, and out came our new Cascade, made with La Crescent, Viognier, Chardonnay, and Reisling. Expect a crisp and smooth wine with flavors of pear, clementine, gooseberry, apricot, and honeysuckle.
