This club includes three bottles of our customer-favorite signature blends and is shipped two times per year – in spring and late fall. The Fall 2024 selection will go out in the third week of November and will include the following selection:

• 2023 Cascade - This wine replaced our long-running Boundary Waters White blend, it's a similar blend with the Minnesota grape Briana being replaced by La Crescent and a little more Viognier in the blend. 
• 2022 Poplar Peach: One of our only off-dry to sweet wines, this French Colombard creation was initially inspired by our customers telling us that our Temperance wine would taste great with a little peach. We hope you enjoy it.  
• 2023 Hari Kari: This blend of Merlot and Petite Sirah, named after an infamous run at Lutsen Mountains, saw a spike in popularity this summer. We wanted to share it with you in case you didn't make it to our tasting room this summer so you can see what the buzz is about!

This club includes three bottles of premium wine shipped twice a year– in spring and late fall. The Fall 2024 shipment will be sent out in mid-November and includes the following bottles: 

• 2023 Merlot - When we were choosing growers to purchase from back in 2015 it was this Merlot that brought our founders to choose the grower who we now buy most of our fruit from. It is bright with flavors of cherry, rose, and peppercorn with full fruity undertones that will show more as it ages. 

• 2021 Petite Sirah: We love to release a small batch of varietal Petite Sirah every few years because it is truly one of our favorite grapes. This vintage has the typical dark color, intense tannins, balanced acidity, and blueberry and black tea flavors, plus a bit of a savory note with some black olive and pepper. 

• Hari Kari Bourbon (non-vintage): Since we are sending you a Merlot and Petite Sirah, why not put them together? For this wine, we blended 2022 Petite with 2023 Merlot and aged them together in French oak barrels for several months before transferring them to used Bourbon Barrels. This year's HKB is much milder than last year's with a more approachable bourbon profile and lower ABV%.

Members of this club will enjoy three ciders fresh from our tanks to your door each spring and fall. This shipment will typically include two of our original ciders such as the Herbie's, Razzzzz, Kim's, or Porchin, plus a seasonal blend such as the Charlies, Muse Joose, or Vintners Glog. • Charlie's Blend - We are still on our summer Charlie's blend, a mango mimosa-style cider flavored with pure organic fruit. This blend will remind you of summer memories and sunny days! 

• Razzzzz - No one knows how many Z's are in Razzzzz, but we know where they come from - Blended with raspberries grown right here on our property this popular cider is off-dry but with bright fruity flavors. 

• Muse Joose - pronounced 'Moose Juice' is a fall classic at Sawtooth Mountain Cider House. We take a balanced base blend of apples and blend into it Dolgo Crab Apples to bring a bitter tartness and an apple candy flavor to this cider.

Holiday Wine Club
If you join one of our two wine clubs, you can add the Holiday Wine Club to get a special wine delivery just in time for the holidays. These wines will add to the festivities of your holiday parties!

• Caribou Sparkling - This dry sparkling wine is made with a blend of Minnesota and California grapes, and is great in your glass for a holiday celebration, or in your mimosa the next morning! 
• Temperance - The most popular wine at the winery during the summer, is also our most popular around the holidays! A great wine for your holiday happy hour, or to sweeten up a mulled wine mix, there is no wrong way to enjoy Temperance. 
• For a bonus third bottle, you will receive our Vive Les Joyeux: a bottle of our pre-mixed mulled wine to warm up or enjoy chilled during your holiday festivities.
