The exact blend for this wine changes every year, but the formula is always the same. We are attempting to emulate an Italian lunch wine with bright fruit flavors, preserved by aging in stainless steel. We rely primarily on the Piedmont variety Barbera to produce the bulk of this wine, from here we blend a few barrels of aged wine into the tank to provide some depth and maintain a consistent profile from year to year.
