This club includes three bottles of our customer-favorite signature blends and is shipped two times per year – in spring and late fall. The spring 2024 selection will go out in the second half of may and will include the following selection:

• 2023 La Crescent - This is our first La Crescent, a bright, flavorful white wine bred by the University of Minnesota. Our La Crescent interpretation is dry, crisp, and clear with flavors of lemon, nectarine, and gooseberry.
• 2022 Mary's Chardonnay: Our premium chardonnay is cold fermented and aged sur-lie in Hungarian oak. This Chardonnay is full-bodied and smooth but respects the flavors of the variety with apple, pineapple, and a crisp finish. 
• 2022 Viognier: A favorite in our tasting room, this is the second vintage of our varietal viognier that we have produced. This wine is floral and full-bodied as Viognier tends to be, but has a sharp edge to complement those aspects. The flavors range from peaches to roses.

This club includes three bottles of premium wine shipped two times per year – spring and late fall. The spring 2024 shipment will be sent out in late May and include the following bottles: 

• 2022 Syrah - Our whole cluster Syrah is a perfect mix of high notes from the stems and slow extraction of flavor from a whole cluster fermentation, with the deep flavors typical of Syrah.

• 2022 Zinfandel - 2022 was a HOT year in California, and this Zinfandel wears the markings of that heat well. The extra sun and heat made this Zin, hand-harvested off old vines in Lodi California, dark and bold with flavors of cooked strawberry, and dark fruit. 

• Lutsen - You know it, you love it, and you buy a bottle every time you are at the winery, why wouldn't we send you a bottle and save you the trouble this spring? Our most popular wine, a blend of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon is the perfect medley of dark fruit flavors, spice, smooth tannins, and gentle notes from years of oak aging.

Members of this club will enjoy three ciders fresh from our tanks to your door each spring and fall. This shipment will typically include two of our original ciders such as the Herbie's, Razzzzz, Kim's, or Porchin, plus a seasonal blend such as the Charlies, Muse Joose, or Vintners Glog. Always stay caught up with the Sawtooth Mountain Cider House by adding this to your biannual wine club shipments, or signing up for your first club!

• Muse Joose - Our tart, off-dry cider made with Crab Apples and table apples. We often sell out of this one pretty quickly because fans of this unique blend can't get enough.

• Herbie's - The most enjoyed cider in our lineup, Herbie's is fermented to dry before we back-sweeten it with a small amount of local maple syrup.

• Kim's Blend: While none of our ciders are truly "sweet," none of them are as dry as Kim's Blend. Made with a blend of apples from Pinetree Apple Orchard, and nothing else, this is a pure, European-style cider.

• Caribou Sparkling - This dry sparkling wine is made with a blend of Minnesota and California grapes, and is great in your glass for a holiday celebration, or in your mimosa the next morning! 
• Boundary Waters Rosé - Our signature rose is a great wine to serve to guests, the perfect introduction to a party or bottle to share with a friend.
• For a bonus third bottle, you will receive our Vive Les Joyeux: a bottle of our pre-mixed mulled wine to warm up or enjoy chilled during your holiday festivities.
